From the intersection of Hiway 53 and 20 between Clearlake and Clearlake Oaks, turn east on Hiway 20 and go for 9.5 miles.  On your left you will see a bank of newer metal mailboxes.  Turn left onto that road (Watertrough) and continue on that asphalt road, through the Double Eagle Ranch. In about a mile and one half  you will see a large hill on the right, across the street from a wooden sign that says 941 Watertrough.  The property begins just beyond that, and on your right. Refer to the Topographic map for lot line details.    There is no Inland Properties Sign on the property.
